Postdoctoral position — X-ray diffraction/scattering
A postdoctoral position is currently available in a stimulating research environment to investigate the structural properties of gene and protein delivery systems.
Projects involve the investigation of non-viral gene delivery systems, nanoparticles, model lipid membranes, and protein solutions by small- and wide-angle X-ray scattering and other X-ray diffraction methods.
Experience in SAXS and WAXS methods and their application to soft materials, as well as data processing and analysis methods, is required.
Interested persons with a PhD, a strong background in biomaterial characterization and leadership qualities should send their curriculum vitae along with the names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of three references to —
